Course Overview:

In this final webinar of a three-part series, attendees will learn some best practices for avoiding common unfair labor practices (ULPs). The instructor will cover many of the issues involved with impasses, bundling/packaging, mediation challenges, end runs, and management team solidarity. This is the last webinar of the three-part series. By registering for all three webinars, you will receive a discount off the total registration fee.
